How long do I have access?

You'll have access to the course for one year. (Team enterprise subscriptions renew annually.)

How long does the program take?

Lessons run 3–10 minutes each — about an hour of video plus a few hours of practice exercises. Three to four weeks is the recommended pace, but you can move as fast or slow as you like and revisit anytime.

Can my team take it together?

Absolutely. We provide recommended group schedules and can offer facilitation or help train your own facilitators. Talk to us about customizing a group program.
